This vibrant 25-year-old has an impressive line of special awards she have received for accomplishments she managed to reach including Valedictorian 2004, Most outstanding debater (Gavel Club President) 2002, 2003, 2004; Outstanding Academic Achievement 2004, winner of the National and Regional Optimist Oratorical Competitions 2004, highest exam mark in Barbados in the Royal Schools of Music Theory Exam 2001, Principal’s Award of Excellence 2005 and the list goes on. She can also be considered a ‘Pageant Girl’ having competed in several including Miss Carnival which she won in 2013, Miss Jaycees Caribbean Queen 2009, Miss Barbados World in which she placed first runner up, etc. Having consider herself an “old soul” Dannyele enjoys music from the Bee Gees, Air Supply and Whitney Houston and even enjoys singing herself.

This young lady says she dreams of being successful in life, making her parents, community country and herself proud and ultimately build a legacy for those who follow. “A legacy which impresses and you must seize each and every opportunity, whether it comes with its value stamped on it, or whether it comes in disguise, so that they too may be successful”.

18 year old Rhea Cummings has had a love for Visual Arts as long as she can remember. After winning multiple awards and merits for her outstanding artistic capabilities, her passion gravitated towards fashion designing when she was introduced to Creative Embroidery in high school. Cummings went on to write Art for CXC claiming grades 1 & 2 in Arts and Textiles and is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Fashion Design at the Barbados Community College.

There is absolutely no stopping this confident Bajan beauty who also lists creative writing and modeling as her hobbies. Cummings is a lover of nature and most importantly a proud citizen of Barbados, which she describes as one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Rhea along with nine other delegates from all around the Caribbean will be heading to Guyana in a week’s time to compete in the 2nd Miss Jamzone International 2011 pageant for the coveted crown and USD$10,000.
